Student Withdrawals

If you wish to withdraw your student from the school district, please complete this form and email it back to jiwata@pleasantonusd.net:

Intent to Withdraw Form

You will need to return all books, Chromebook, charger or any other items that were loaned to you by the school district to support learning.

You can bring the items to the main office, Mon-Fri between 8 am-4 pm or you can mail those to:
