As we prepare for the new school year, we would like to share important registration information with you. There are three steps to registering for the 2018-2019 school year. Details on each step are outlined below. Families new to Pleasanton Unified School District will receive a mailer with PIN/Password to access the Q Parent Portal near the end of July.
Steps 1 and 2 will be completed using the Q Parent Portal. Step 3 is completed at Pleasanton Middle School.
STEP 1: Beginning August 1st – Login to Future Fund and purchase PE clothes, student planner, dance passes, yearbooks, etc. In addition, you may:
Donate to individual department funds (i.e. Math, Science, History, etc.)
Donate to PTSA, Pleasanton Partners In Education (PPIE), ASB, and School Garden
Sign up for the online directory
Sign up to volunteer for school and PTSA events
Donate to PTSA, Pleasanton Partners In Education (PPIE), ASB, and School Garden

Classroom donations go directly to teachers for use in their classrooms. Teachers will not be collecting checks or cash in their classrooms the first week of school, so if you choose to donate please do so online or bring a check to registration.

*At Walk Through Registration our School Library will be open and have computers and printers available for those needing to complete this step.
STEP 3: August 6th and 7th - Walk Through Registration at Pleasanton Middle School
Monday, August 6th 8:30am – 2:00pm Last Names A-L (ALL GRADES)
Tuesday, August 7th 8:30am – 2:00pm Last Names: M-Z (ALL GRADES)

Two proofs of residency*
Immunization records for TDAP for incoming 7th grade students and new 8th grade students who haven’t yet turned them in yet
Q parent portal confirmation page (1 for each student registering)
Future Fund Receipt for purchases
Sports Packets

* These documents can be a PG&E., water, garbage or cable TV bill, a lease document or close of escrow papers. Please note that parents or guardians without TWO proofs of residency will not be able to continue with the process of registration.
Wednesday, August 8th - If your student is new to Pleasanton Middle School they are invited to attend our WEB (Welcome Everybody) student orientation located in the Pleasanton Middle School Gym.
