Medication Policy
A parent or guardian must pick up all medications by NOON the last day of school. They will not be sent home with a student. Any medication left after the last day will be disposed of properly. If you have any questions, please call the school office 426-4390.

This is a great time for parents of 8th graders and students in the 8th grade to begin using the Amador or Foothill high school websites.
Check out your future high school website for important information.
You will find information on dates and deadlines, sports and clubs, classes and future activities. Don't wait until next year to make use of this great resource.

Order school photos on line - Picture Day is August 22nd.

Please use the link to order school photos. Photos will be taken on August 22nd during the students PE class.


Student photos will be taken on August 22nd during PE class.
Make up photos will be on September 12th during lunch. Please order your photos online prior to picture day.

Walk thru Registration 2017 -2018
Initial Enrollment (One Time) Only for new students to PUSD

Pre-Enrollment (on-line) – Parent/Guardian to complete process, then print and bring copy to
home school site.

Registration (at school site) – Parent/Guardian brings to home school site: printed Pre-Enrollment form, 2 proofs of residency, and birth certificate/passport. School site personnel will enroll student.

Walk thru registration (Annually) for each student enrolled in PUSD

Pre Walk thru registration (on-line) – Parent/Guardian can update medical info, update contacts, signature is required, Future Fund, Yearbook orders, join PTSA, etc. You will need to print out the confirmation page and bring to school site. Remember to (hit) Submit this information on line

Walk thru registration (at school site) - On appointed day, Parent/Guardian brings Re-Registration Confirmation, 2 current proofs of residency, and immunization records (if not already submitted) to school site. You will have the opportunity to purchase student planner, obtain other school information and pick up schedules. Information will be available regarding joining the PTSA, PPIE, Wheels, the cafeteria, etc.
Re- Registration dates and times for Pleasanton Middle School Families:
Monday, August 7     9 a.m. to 12 p.m.  - 7th and 8th grade only (schedules for 6th graders will not be available on this date. You may register a 7th or 8th grader on Tuesday along with your 6th grader.
Monday, August 7     2 p.m. to 5 p.m. - 7th grade and 8th grade only (schedules for 6th graders will not be available on this date. You may register a 7th or 8th grader on Tuesday along with your 6th grader.
Tuesday, August 8      9 a.m. - 12 p.m. 6th grade 
                                      2 p.m. - 5 p.m. 6th grade 
You may register your 7th or 8th grader on this day along with your 6th grader.
